There are many different colors and sizes of Chihuahuas, and a different kinds. There are long hair, short hair {rough coats}. Some are really small they are called Tea cups, and some deer leg chihuahuas. They have apple shape heads. Chihuahuas live a long healthy life. about 15 - 20 years. Get alone with other animals well. They prefer to be around kids that are 10 years and older and adults. Not recommended for kids under the age of 5 as they can be aggressive because of their size. They might be small but they can be bossy. They shiver when the are cold or excited. Chihuahua has lots of energy to play. They will be happy with a fenced in yard so they could run around. Most chihuahuas don't need daily grooming except the long hairs. Chihuahuas prefer to be indoors and on the owners lab keeping warm and loved. As they are not to easy to train but they can be just got to put some time in with them. They can be trained to go into a litter box with paper, or just paper trained. Chihuahuas are coming more popular in the world. |
